Gummy smile (excessive gingival display) is when you smile and too much gum tissue shows above the top teeth.

This can be corrected with botulinum toxin treatment, by carefully injecting into the elevator muscles which are responsible for causing the upper lip to excessively lift.

 

Treatment takes around 15 minutes and results typically last between 3 to 4 months.
